14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute:

• The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation

• If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

• The arbitration shall be conducted in Noida, Uttar Pradesh

15. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. SEVERABILITY
