SHIPPING, RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SKIIP, we are committed to providing you with the best product and service experience. This policy outlines our terms for shipping, returns, refunds, and order cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

SECTION 1: SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India (Pan-India delivery).

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered within India.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days from the date of order dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Geographic location and area accessibility

• Road and weather conditions

• Accuracy of delivery address and pincode provided

• Public holidays and unforeseen circumstances

• Logistics partner capacity and service availability in your area

Important: Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.

1.3 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders (orders paid online).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Note: No additional shipping charges apply to any order.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order status using this tracking number on our website or the courier partner's website.

1.5 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

SECTION 2: RETURN POLICY

2.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange products under the following conditions:

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✓ The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

✓ The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

✓ For defective or damaged items, an unboxing video is MANDATORY. The video must clearly show:

- The sealed package being opened

- The defect or damage visible in the product

- The product serial number/invoice (if applicable)

✓ All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be returned

CRITICAL: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process returns for defective or damaged items.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Intimate wear, undergarments, and personal care products

• Opened cosmetics, beauty products, or perishable items

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

• Customized or personalized products

• Products returned without proper documentation (invoice, unboxing video for defects)

2.4 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team at ecomspirepvtltd@gmail.com

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return

3. Share the unboxing video (if applicable for defective/damaged items)

4. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours

5. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

2.5 Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Products: If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange for FREE return pickup or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Personal Preference/Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to personal preference (e.g., don't like the product after delivery, size/color preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

2.6 Exchange Policy

Defective/Damaged Products: We will replace defective or damaged products with a brand new item of the same model at no additional cost.

Personal Preference Exchanges: Exchanges based on personal preference (size, color, style) are subject to product availability. Return shipping costs apply.

SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• Product is not available for replacement/exchange

• Order is cancelled before dispatch

• Payment was debited but the order was not confirmed

3.2 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

• Bank processing times may vary; please allow 5-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account

3.3 Refund Method

Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name).

3.4 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

• The product shows signs of use beyond inspection

• The product is returned without original packaging or accessories

• The product condition does not meet our return criteria

SECTION 4: CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order BEFORE it is dispatched.

How to Cancel:

• Contact us at ecomspirepvtltd@gmail.com 

• Request cancellation BEFORE 10:00 AM daily for same-day processing

• Ideally, cancellation requests should be made within 1-2 hours of placing the order

• Provide your order number and reason for cancellation

IMPORTANT: We process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure faster delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee order cancellations after the dispatch process has begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

4.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it CANNOT be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the product (subject to our Return Policy).

4.3 Cancellation Refunds

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

• Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

• COD fee (if paid) will not be refunded as it is a service charge

• Refund will be credited to your original payment method

4.4 Cancellation by SKIIP

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued

• Pricing or product information errors

• Delivery address is unreachable or incorrect

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
